Yep, any lane that full, no matter if clearly marked the idiot lane, will constitute at least one person who will do something so mind-numbingly stupid that it’s just better to position yourself with one lane of space between you.

This is the only time I’m okay with someone being in the furthest left lane without the intent of passing, to allow for this buffer.
